Turning early ideas into structured opportunities.

The session focused on turning early ideas into structured opportunities. Teams explored how to clearly define their value proposition, understand their target audience, and begin validating whether their solution solves a real problem. Emphasis was placed on moving beyond assumptions and grounding ideas in real user needs.

Purpose

This session helped participants move from energy and instinct into more disciplined startup thinking. It introduced the idea that strong ventures are built not just on creativity, but on evidence, clarity, and user relevance.

Approach

Teams were encouraged to test their thinking, question their assumptions, and define their value more clearly. The workshop provided practical frameworks that could be applied immediately to refine ideas carried forward from Week 1.
