Moving from ideas to execution.

This session focused on how AI is transforming the way startups operate and scale. Rather than thinking only about product features, founders were encouraged to understand the systems, workflows, and decision-making processes behind successful businesses.

Participants explored how AI can improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support smarter operations while preparing their ideas for long-term growth and investment opportunities.
